Student Rate Eligibility

The student registration rate applies to individuals who are enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Those who are employed full-time and are taking courses are not eligible for this rate. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, please contact marianne.sidwell@usurf.usu.edu

Spouse/Guest Tickets

Attendees may purchase additional passes for guests to attend conference lunches and the Opening Social. Attendees and guests must wear badges/passes at all official conference events and meals.

Dietary Request

Food substitutions can be made for those with special dietary needs. If you, or your guest, have medical or religious dietary requirements, please provide details on the registration form. It is important that we know in advance (before the conference begins) in order to make the necessary menu adjustments.

Persons with Disabilities

Reasonable accommodation is available for persons with disabilities. If you have special needs, please contact amy.smuin@usurf.usu.edu. Fourteen working days’ notice is needed to prepare materials and services.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made to those registrants who cancel, less a $75 processing fee. A cancellation request must be submitted by July 30, 2019. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted.

The Utah State University Research Foundation reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.

Media Pass

Complimentary registration is available to accredited members of the media. Media registrations are limited to one per affiliation and include keynote address, technical sessions, lunches and refreshment breaks, and social events.

To request a media pass email eric.warren@sdl.usu.edu by July 19, 2019. Official media photo identification is required at the time of check-in.

In accepting the media registration, the recipient accepts the following event policies:

  • Recording at the Conference either by audio or video is not permitted without prior expressed written consent of the Small Satellite Conference Committee.
  • Conference materials may be made available for reference if additional copies are available on-site.
  • Show Management requests to be notified of any articles published relating to Conference events. These will be used for archival and Committee reference purposes.
